Meet Gabriela

Hi, I’m Gabriela—leadership coach, consultant, and author, passionate about helping leaders walk in healing, alignment, and Kingdom authority.

I help leaders, families, and communities rise into their God-given calling—restoring wholeness, strengthening purpose, and building lives rooted in divine order.

​For more than 20 years, I worked in leadership and compliance—roles that demanded precision, accountability, and perseverance.  But after two decades of striving, I felt a holy discomfort stirring—a call from God to step away from the familiar and follow Him into purpose.

​

​Leaving my corporate career launched a two-year journey of refinement and rediscovery.  What began as a season of surrender became the foundation for an emerging mission that continues to shape my coaching, my calling and the leaders I serve.  Along the way, I discovered that leadership isn't just about strategy—it's about stewardship.  True leadership begins in the heart:  in healing, humility, and hearing God clearly.

Through each transition, God has taught me to feed others from the wisdom He's used to heal me.

Beyond coaching, I'm a wife, mother, daughter, sister and intercessor at heart—a woman continually learning to lead from grace, not striving.
